Samantha prides herself on understanding her clients, what is important to them, and being sensitive to all the emotional complexities that are involved in both home buying and selling. She has developed great relationships with builders, contractors, painters, interior designers, and contacts for almost anything a homeowner could want. Additionally, having two young kids and a dog, Samantha truly knows the surrounding communities, giving her clients both introductions and recommendations ranging from music and sports classes, daycare and schools, doggy classes, and more!

Samantha grew up in Newton, graduated from Emory University, where she studied psychology, and received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. Prior to joining Compass as a Vice President and Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, Samantha worked as a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, a top global law firm, in New York City. Samantha’s work experience has allowed her to polish her negotiating, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. She is able to draw upon this experience to expertly negotiate and advocate on behalf of her clients, while bringing a strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the Boston suburb’s real estate market.

Samantha resides in Needham with her husband, Matt, two children - Emma and Noah, and Teddy (a cavapoo)!
